Players will chase each other using either an object or their hands to mimic a gun. They will then stalk each other, aim and fire, making appropriate shooting noises when they do. If someone is obviously shot, they have to crouch down.

At School 17

One of the few rules at School 17 is that you are not allowed to play with fake guns or play shooting games, thus this is a 'secret' game. It requires a minimum of three players and imagination. It is called 'Bang'.

Players: will chase each other using either an object or their hands to mimic a gun. They will then stalk each other, aim and fire, making appropriate shooting noises when they do. If someone is obviously shot, they have to crouch down for twenty seconds before they resume play.

A variant of this is 'Star Wars' where children use objects to mimic a light sabre instead of a gun.

At School 07

Boys were using a small manufactured toy sitting on hand as a 'sort of' weapon. The game was Played at back paved area of school grounds.

Boys spoke about a game where they shoot enemies - named characters included 'Dynobird' and 'Ninja Turtles.
