When asked about special places to play, two girls from the 8s 9s class took researches to a trapdoor that lies underneath the stage in Kevin Borland Hall. While most students know that it's there, the girls claimed that it was secret because it was used despite teachers discouraging them to go in there.
When having a look underneath the stage it was apparent that numerous children had visited there, as there was graffiti all over the walls. The girls claimed that sometimes the trapdoor was used when you wanted to hide from somebody. They also claimed that the boys were scared to go down there because of giant rats.
