In One Touch, players would hit the ball against the school wall - made of quartz pebbles - players had to allow the ball to bounce before they could kick it back against the wall. In 'one touch' they had to kick it back with one direct kick, whereas with 'two touch' they were allowed to set up the ball, with their feet in a soccer manoeuvre, before they kicked it back against the wall.
