Props: sticks
Two parallel sticks placed approximately one metre apart. A number is agreed upon. Taking turns, each child takes that number of steps between the sticks. As child finishes, they move the stick they stepped over further along. The distance between the sticks is wider, but the number of steps stays the same. The children must adjust the length of their stride each time they take their turn.
